The organizer of the Prize Draw is Diligent Boardbooks Limited, registered at 25 Bedford Street, London WC2E 9ES.
Entrants must be over 18.
The Prize is a £50/€50 e-gift card.
The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is offered. Diligent reservices the right to hold void cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw, or replace the prize with an alternative price of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Diligent’s control make it necessary to do so.
The winner will be selected by random draw on 31 October 2024 at 5pm GMT.
Diligent’s decision regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
For the entry to be valid, the contestant must enter their details before 12pm GMT local time on 31 October 2024. Any entries after this time will not be valid.
This Prize Draw is not open to: (1) employees or internally contracted vendors of Diligent or its parent/subsidiaries, agents or affiliates, (2) the immediate family member or members of the same household of any such employee or vendor, (3) any employee whose employer’s guidelines or regulations do not allow entry to the Prize Draw or acceptance of the Prize and (4) any residents of countries subject to export controls that prohibit participation in the Prize Draw.
There will be 1 winner selected across all participants that validly enter into the Prize Draw.
The winner will be contacted by email.
If the winner does not reply to the email notification before 5pm local time on 7 November 2024, the claim to the prize expires.
The winner’s name and country can be obtained by sending a stamped address envelope to Diligent, 25 Bedford Street, London WC2E 9ES, or an email to customerservice@diligent.com within 45 days of the closing date of the prize draw.
