Is the Minutes module available to all BoardEffect customers? The Minutes module is an add-on feature available on the Plus package. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to confirm access and activate the right solution for your organisation.
Who can access the Minutes module? In practice, administrators, reviewers of minutes and action assignees have direct access. Organisations may also choose to upload approved PDF versions to the Library for broader board member access.
Can I create minutes without a Meeting Book? Yes. Minutes can be created as standalone documents directly from the Minutes Manager hub, or linked to a built Meeting Book. Note that minutes can only be added to Meeting Books that have been built, not drafts.
Is AI Smart Minutes available automatically? AI Smart Minutes is part of GovernAI and requires GovernAI to be enabled in BoardEffect. Contact your Customer Success Manager to confirm your configuration.
