Frank ScarpaciFrank G. Scarpaci, Principal
With over 25 years of small business and corporate experience combined with over 15 years of community service involvement, Frank brings a unique experience and perspective to his role as a Consultant. 

He began his corporate career at a world-class Fortune 100 corporation, where he managed a single retail travel location and quickly rose to manage teams and strategic projects on a national level.

His work experience includes positions in Consumer and Business Sales, Account Management, People Leadership, Employee Development, Service Quality and Strategic Business Planning. In all his roles, Frank has used his strengths in developing creative solutions to complex problems, organizing resources to achieve goals, building relationships and inspiring colleagues to become involved in their communities.

Some of the organizations he has worked and consulted with include: San Diego Performing Arts League, San Diego Youth & Community Services, Fenway Community Health Center, Boston Conservatory, Human Rights Campaign,  AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts, San Diego Lesbian, Gay Bisexual Transgender Community Center, San Diego Human Dignity Foundation, Alliance Healthcare Foundation/HIV Funding Collaborative, and Stepping Stone of San Diego.

Frank is a member of the Greater San Diego Business Association, the Alliance for Nonprofit Management, Net Impact, and the Project Management Institute. He is a former member of the Greater Boston Business Council.

In 2001, Frank received the Community Service Award from San Diego LGBT Pride for his role as Project Creator and leader of the Shared Heart Youth Center Project to benefit the Hillcrest Youth Center. He is also a recipient of American Express' 150 Great Citizens Award, and the American Express Chairman's Award for Quality.

He attended Northeastern University and Rhode Island Community College, and holds a certificate in Project Management from San Diego State University.

Frank is also a LEAD San Diego graduate.  Described as a "Master's Degree" in San Diego, LEAD San Diego trains regional civic leaders through its nine-month curriculum in Leadership Development. Established in 1981, LEAD San Diego is one of the oldest and most prestigious community leadership organizations in the nation and is highly regarded throughout the greater San Diego region. LEAD San Diego's influential members represent all sectors of the community and are dedicated to providing leadership that is dynamic, meaningful, and relevant.
