Dottie Schindlinger, Vice President of E-governance at BoardEffect, Inc. presented at the Capacity, Compliance & Continued Community Action conference hosted by the New Jersey Community Action Association.
Her first session, titled "E-governance: Using Online Tools to Build your Board's Effectiveness," tackled ways technology can facilitate the board's work, while "Essentials of Successful Boards: Transparency in Decision Making & Sustainability," introduced strategies to ensure board transparency.
