Presentation at Credit Union National Association Volunteer Institute- "Implementing E-Governance"

This session, presented Vice President of E-governance, Dottie Schindlinger, will introduce participants to the concept of E-governance and will explain the impact that the adoption of online tools can have on their board of directors. Participants will leave the session with a clear sense of their board’s readiness to use such tools, and will have an understanding of the stages involved in the successful implementation of a board portal.
