Robert Andringa- Managing Partner- The Andringa Group, Anthem, AZ
Bob is the managing partner of The Andringa Group and specializes in all aspects of governance and the relationship between boards and their chief executives. In 2006 he retired after 12 years as president of the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities. Prior to that he was chief executive of the Education Commission of the States, a committee staff director in the U. S. House of Representatives, university administrator, founder of CEO Dialogues, Inc., senior advisor to a governor, and has been a governance consultant for 20 years. He is the author of four books and recipient of four honorary degrees.
Volker Pampus- Managing Director- Saaman AG, Freiburg Germany
Prior to joining the team at Saaman AG, Volker Pampus held positions of a similar capacity at Internet Security Systems and JBA in Germany. He also lent his expertise in business management at LOC-Team AG as a Strategic Management Consultant. Today at Saaman AG, he is involved in the management and implementation of strategic and cultural projects, and focuses on business development; including exploring opportunities for the market extension of the company's current service and product portfolio.
Mike Wirth- President- The Governance Institute, San Diego, CA
Mike Wirth, vice president of The Governance Institute, comes to The Governance Institute from NRC Picker, both divisions of National Research Corporation (NRC), a healthcare research and improvement organization based in Lincoln, Nebraska. With NRC Picker, Mike worked with healthcare organizations to strategically improve their performance by adopting best practices in care and helping them to become more patient-centered.
Before serving with NRC, Mike was Director of Business and Application Development and led the creation of TalentBank®, a Web-based system providing real-time interview enterprise solutions for employee selection and development. Previously, Mike worked with Talent Plus, an international consulting firm that helps companies select and develop employees based on their natural talents and abilities.
Mike lives in Lincoln, Nebraska with his wife Sarah and their two sons, Miles and Emmett.
